Scheduled & Persistent Virtual Event

A Scheduled Virtual Event runs much like a physical event, with a specific date(s) and time(s). Scheduled Virtual Events runs for 1 day (additional days can be added at cost), can be archived in your content library, and are available on-demand for 12 months. No new content is added after the close of the live event. If offering CE credits, the On-Demand period extends to 12 months.

A Persistent Virtual Event allows companies to showcase products and research on an ongoing basis. Whether it’s additional webinars or a mini-event launch, content can be added throughout the year, with each new addition marketed to target audiences for optimal event attendance. New content can be added after the close of the live event. If offering CE credits, the On-Demand period extends to 12 months.

Each virtual event comes with a registration page, referred to as the Microsite. This page will be branded for your event and includes an event overview with up to 5 customizable tabs. Examples of these tabs could be: Detailed Agenda,  Speakers,  Continuing Education Credits (if applicable),  About Us,  Resources.

The Microsite will include a signup button with a registration form. This customizable form includes Labroots profile questions, as well as additional information you want to collect during registration. Once registered, your registrant will receive a registration confirmation email. Reminder emails are also scheduled leading up to the opening of your event. You will have the option of posting your Microsite on our Labroots Megamenu (website) to promote your event.
